Excel Reports Catalogue

The following Excel reports are designed for Pastel Partner 2005 or higher. They require Excel 2003 / 2007 and a connection to your Pastel database. They are designed to run automatically at the click of a button , and do not require any technical skills from the user.

 

Selected Business Systems offers free initial setup of the first report at your premises (to a maximum of 1 hour, and within Durban and KZN North Coast surrounding areas).

The final report is presented in a period–by-period format, so you can view up to 12 months of data on a single screen. You also have the option to choose to run it for either ‘this financial year’ or ‘last financial year’. Since the result is delivered into an Excel Pivot Table, you will have access to all of the advanced filtering, ordering, expand and collapse tools which are associated with Excel.
